Dallas has become a well-known and highly-regarded fixture in Albany legislative circles and now, after 16 years in the New York State Assembly and three years at the State Department of Financial Services (DFS), he is bringing his experience and expertise to Yoswein New York (YNY) as the firm’s Senior Legislative Advisor.
