Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, candidate for Mayor of New York City, today received the endorsement of Brooklyn New York State Senator Roxanne Persaud.

“I’ve worked with Governor Cuomo for years and I’m proud of what we did together to pass minimum wage increases into reality, make paid family leave a right, strengthen our Women and Minority Owned Business program and invest in our communities in Brooklyn – including building affordable housing and opening the beautiful Shirley Chisholm State Park,” Senator Persaud said. “Our city is experiencing difficult times and we need a proven leader to fight for all New Yorkers and move our city in a positive direction.
