ROBIN HOOD, ADVOCATES, CHILD CARE PROVIDERS, BUSINESS LEADERS TO RELEASE RESULTS OF STATEWIDE POLL ON INCREASING CHILD CARE SUBSIDIES
New York, NY – Robin Hood, advocates, child care providers, and business leaders will hold a press conference on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 10:00 am, to release the results of a statewide poll on increasing child care investment in New York State. Policymakers in Albany are currently debating expanding child care subsidies as part of the state budget, which is due on March 31st. This new poll will show which New Yorkers support increased investment in child care, how New Yorkers are having trouble accessing quality child care, and what this increased investment will mean for families. A remote stream will be available via Zoom.
