PBA of New York State Announces First Round of 2022 Endorsements

Albany, NY (July 18, 2022) – The PBA of New York State, the union representing 1,100 New York State law enforcement officers, today announced its first round of endorsements for the 2022 elections for the New York State Legislature and the Office of State Comptroller. The PBA will be endorsing additional candidates in the coming weeks.

PBA of New York State president, James McCartney, said, “The Police Benevolent Association of New York State and its members are pleased to announce our first round of endorsements for New York State Assembly and Senate, as well as the Office of the State Comptroller. We have carefully evaluated each candidate’s support of issues important to law enforcement in general, and our membership in particular. The following candidates have consistently demonstrated that support through bill sponsorship, voting records, and answers provided through candid interviews and endorsement questionnaires, and they hereby receive our union’s enthusiastic endorsement.”

 

In the Senate, the PBA of New York State endorses:
