NEW YORK STATE LAND TITLE ASSOCIATION PARTNERS WITH THE SALVATION ARMY TO DONATE MORE THAN 350 BACKPACKS FILLED WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR STUDENTS IN NEED
“Stuff the Bus” Campaign Helps More Than 2800 Students
New York, August 8, 2021 – The New York State Land Title Association (NYSLTA), in partnership with the Salvation Army, announced today the donation of more than 350 backpacks filled with school supplies to students in need across the New York Metro Area.
The Salvation Army’s annual “Stuff the Bus” campaign helps students in the New York Metro area who live in homeless shelters or attend day care centers and after-school programs run by the organization, as well as students whose families already receive social services from one of The Salvation Army’s 38 community centers. Hundreds of notebooks, folders, pens, pencils and more will be included in the backpacks.
