MANHATTAN, NY – Diana Florence’s campaign for Manhattan District Attorney today launched  “Silent Bragg,” a dedicated website that shines a light on Alvin Bragg’s attempt to cover up his failed conviction rate from Manhattan voters.

In October 2024 Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg quietly took down the public dashboard for conviction data, leaving New Yorkers in the dark about his office’s conviction rate. In 2021, the year before Bragg took office, the felony conviction rate was 42% and in 2024, it was just 35%. Today, who knows because the website holding the data has been “under construction” for 365 days.

“Alvin Bragg has spent 365 days hiding the truth from voters. We don’t need a dashboard to know crime is up and Bragg has been failing to put violent criminals behind bars. I’m running for DA to protect our families, not violent criminals,” said former prosecutor Diana Florence.

Manhattan voters deserve to know the truth about Alvin Bragg’s failure to keep violent criminals behind bars.In Manhattan in 2025 compared to the same period in 2021:

  • Major crime is up more than 15%
  • Rapes are up nearly 30%
  • Grand larceny is up over 30%
  • Felony assaults up over 13%
