With over 30 years of experience working for the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), Steve Simmons is one of the state’s foremost experts in hospitals, nursing homes, and other long-term care providers, and managed care financing and health policy analysis. His background also includes in-depth knowledge of financial oversight of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home care, foster care, assisted living, and adult day healthcare programs.
