Bolton-St. Johns Announces Staff Promotion & Addition

NEW YORK NY- Bolton-St. Johns (BSJ), a Top Three New York lobbying firm, is excited to announce the promotion of Keyla Antigua to Executive Vice President and the addition of team members Jose Rodriguez, Senior Vice President, Lloyd Lesperance, Vice President, Alex Anderson, Vice President, and Brendan Orr, Senior Director, Public Affairs.

Keyla Antigua
Bolton-St. Johns is proud to announce the promotion of Keyla Antigua to Executive Vice President for Government Community & Public Relations for the tri-state area. Keyla has been with Bolton-St. Johns over the last four years working with clients on key issue areas such as labor outreach, nonprofit, transportation, technology, and healthcare among others.

Jose Rodriguez
Jose Rodriguez has joined Bolton-St. Johns as Senior Vice President. Jose is a skilled and dedicated government relations professional who has worked in all levels of government for the past 20 years. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff to NYC Council Deputy Speaker Diana Ayala.

Lloyd Lesperance
Lloyd Lesperance is a Vice President at Bolton St. Johns with nearly a decade of experience in New York City government and the non-profit sector. Lloyd was formerly the Chief of Staff at the Freelancers Union, where he managed the daily operations of a 500,000-member national union for independent workers, as well as member engagement and programming at the NYC Freelancers Hub. Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.

Alex Anderson
Alex Anderson is Vice President at Bolton St. Johns. Alex worked at the New York City Council for the last eight years. Most recently, he served as Chief of Staff to Councilmember Marjorie Velazquez and Deputy Chief of Staff to former Councilmember Koslowitz. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from CUNY, Queens College.

Brendan Orr
Brendan Orr is Senior Director of Public Affairs at Bolton-St. Johns. Most recently, Brendan served as Senior Communications Executive at Summit Group and Senior Public Relations Manager at e3communications. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from SUNY Fredonia.
