Kimberly Kriger Leads Effort to Expand Actum’s Cross-Border M&A, Corporate Governance and Financial Communications Advisory

NEW YORK, NY (December 12, 2023) — Actum LLC, a global consulting firm, today announced the addition of Kimberly Kriger to its leadership team as senior managing director, based in New York. Her experience partnering with executives and boards to successfully navigate reputational, financial and strategic crises, and challenges impacting their organizations will bolster Actum’s capabilities in helping clients achieve their regulatory, legal and reputation management objectives.

“The political nature of the issues companies are facing today requires a more proactive and holistic approach to manage potential risks and opportunities,” said Fabian Nunez, co-founder and managing partner of Actum. “With Kimberly’s experience in business risk and reputation management added to our corporate advisory practice, Actum is positioned to provide best-in-class integrated solutions to clients operating at the intersection of business, politics, global capital markets, and civil society.”

Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience collaborating with corporate decision makers and legal and financial advisors on communications strategy and implementation. She has expertise in complex and cross-border transactions and restructurings with various political, regulatory, investor and cultural considerations; high-stakes litigation; activism; and critical operational and capital markets issues. Kimberly helps clients refine and articulate strategic roadmaps to account for changing global regulations, economic and political uncertainty, and stakeholder pressures. Her industry experience includes technology, media and content platforms, energy infrastructure, healthcare, consumer goods, and agribusiness. She works with public and private companies, private equity firms, educational institutions, nonprofits, and foundations.

Previously, Kimberly was a longtime partner at KekstCNC, serving on the executive committee and growing the firm’s investor relations, crisis management and restructuring practices. Most recently, she was a partner at Dentons Global Advisors. Kimberly graduated cum laude with a B.A. in political science from Wellesley College; an M.A. in international affairs from Columbia University; and holds a Sustainable Capitalism & ESG certificate from Berkeley Law School.
