Statewide Public Affairs Announces New Partnership with LS Strategic Services
Larry Schwartz, Principal of LS Strategic Services, will provide consulting services to Statewide as a Strategic Advisor to the firm and its clients
ALBANY, NY — Statewide Public Affairs is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new partnership agreement with LS Strategic Services whose Principal, Larry Schwartz, will now be providing consulting services to the firm’s growing roster of clients. Through this forward-thinking partnership, Mr. Schwartz will provide consulting services to Statewide Public Affairs to advise clients on strategic planning, government relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on his deep relationships across the public and private sectors and his track record of delivering results in moments that matter most, Mr. Schwartz will help advise the firm’s clients across their Albany, Westchester, Long Island and New York City practices. Mr. Schwartz brings to Statewide a rare blend of executive strategy, policy expertise, and operational experience at the highest levels in and around New York State government.

Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience in both State and local government having previously served two New York governors as Secretary to the Governor, the highest-ranking statutory position in New York State. Prior to that, he served as Deputy County Executive in both Westchester and Suffolk Counties. Most recently, Mr. Schwartz served as Chief Strategy Officer at OTG, where he was involved in corporate strategy, government relations, labor relations, crisis communications, and business development for one of the nation’s leading airport hospitality companies. He has also served as General Chairman of the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black and as a member of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Board, including as Finance Committee Chair.
