Week-Long Trip to Include Eight Facility Tours
ALBANY – In an effort to highlight New York’s manufacturing history and showcase the current employers of the industry, The Business Council of New York State, on Monday, kicked off a week-long manufacturing bus tour across New York State. The trip, during Manufacturing Week, begins in Saratoga on Monday, October 6th, and will conclude on Friday, October 10th, in Rockland County.
Staff from the Business Council will travel on a motorcoach through six regions of the state to tour manufacturing facilities. Representatives from local and regional chambers of commerce, elected officials, and pro-business groups will join Business Council staff.
