McCallum is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having served in senior positions across several Fortune 500 companies, including roles as the COO of Aon plc in Greater New York, Northeast CFO of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., and Vice President of Treasury & Security Services at JP Morgan Chase. McCallum graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Mercy University, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.
