What:
Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland and New York Governor Kathy Hochul will be joined by representatives from Ørsted and Eversource to celebrate a milestone announcement in the development of offshore wind.
This announcement supports New York’s ambitious climate and clean energy goals and helps to advance the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act goal to develop 9,000 megawatts of offshore wind by 2035.
